    Я бы использовала вот такие предлоги в данных предложениях.
    Есть сомнения в 58 и 65 частично. И опять же, хочется, чтобы форумчане своим взглядом проверили:)

    58)Tom is so good __mannered. (Скажите, пожалуйста, здесь именно такое предложение?) We get_on well_with him.

    60)They can leave school_at the age_of 16.
    61)She was rude_to me yesterday and she hasn't apologized _to me_for it yet.
    62)The market is opposite _to that house.

    ---В первом предложении не надо никакого предлога. Просто между двумя словами надо поставить дефис---good-mannered.

    62)The market is opposite _to that house. ---Здесь не надо предлога---opposite that house

    65)_by the time we arrived_to(?) the Brown's their house was full_of guests. ---By the time we arrived at the Browns...

    66)At last I opened the can_by a knife. ---...with a knife.
