Stool

    В книге сегодня встретил такое слово как stool, был удивлен что оно соответствует нашему стул. Интересно насколько оно распространено? Также как chair или все таки больше книжное например?

  • В какой книге? Кто автор? Если они, то так оно и есть. А вообще посмотрите все значения слова STOOL. Там вы обязательно увидите СТУЛ. СТУЛЬЧИК, СТУЛЬЧАК.

  • Чаще--табурет. Стулья, они разные.
