  • буду признателен если кто-нибудь объяснить разницу в употреблении how и the way

    например такое предложение. Мне нравится как ты танцуешь.
    Будет правильным сказать?

    I like how you are dancing

  • одно и то же выражается разными способами. первое, по-моему, более распространненный варинант.

  • Ну, не сказала бы, что одно и то же. Если одинаково переводится, то вовсе не обязательно одинаково употребляется. Здесь the way. Нужны конкретные примеры. Напр. That's. the way I like it. Или oh, how I miss you. Они не взаимозаменяемы.

  • конечно, синтаксически конструкцие разные (relative clause and fused relative phrase), но значения у них одинаковые в данном случае.

    ---Тут и объяснять нечего.
    Вторая фраза НЕВОЗМОЖНА. Это чистой воды русизм. Я не знаю. где вы ее подсмотрели. А вот сложное дополнение тут можно построить: I like you to dance.
    Изучайте английский язык правильно, то есть так, как говорят они и как
    это принято у них.

    поэтому я и заинтересовался этой темой, почему в одном случае how а в другом the way, по мне они очень похожи
